Bikes as art and this kind of takes the impracticality to an extreme. Not much room for a fuel tank. Not much room for a rider. Got to be a nightmare to keep clean. Of course if it's never ridden, that's probably not much of a problem. I think in this picture yuou get a better view of the size of the front tire on the blue bike behind it.
