At least that's what I think it is. I've found pictures on the Internet that kind of cooborate that. This must have been hanging by a chain from a tree limb and quite some time ago fallen (I cut the chain off the tree not long ago). Anyway it's just laying here (maybe on its side). Kind of an unusual plant and I should do some more research on it.
