It's kind of a dumpy place. That's a sewage treatment plant top left, but it's a pretty nice morning. I didn't get nearly enough time on the water this year although some of it was pretty exciting. The boat is fun to sail, but leaves a lot to be desired as a camper. The bed is comfortable, but there's no table and no comfortable chair and sometimes most important - no AC. But I'm not willing to get a bigger boat right now.
