This is where I parked the bike to take the picture of the trash heap, you can see the neighborhood it's in. It probably explains why no one cleans it up. On the whole, this part of Indiana doesn't have the pervasive litter everywhere the way the Aiken area did, but this kind of crap makes up for it.
